Considering this background, we have two areas in which we would like to focus on creativity, the first view is a matter of personal attitude, how to face life as it has daily challenges we face, like making the road shorter at our workplace, for some sound silly, but if the reality we always do what is written, without thinking that maybe if we design our route, the road could be shorter, taking into account the be creative part from the time we do something different. The other point of view is related to the organizations, usually companies are advised by specialists to diagnose their problems and overcoming them, throwing in some cases the ideas proposed by its employees for the problems that occur daily in most cases by an economic issue, the belief tells us that is wasted, however it is proven that the workers to feel involved in the organization, their commitment is greater, so are more willing to improve their daily work, creating a culture of continuous improvement, being more creative, enriching and people and therefore the organization.
