The National Court of First Instance in Civil No. 78 did result in a charge of unconstitutionality submitted in respect of Article 61 of Law 21,839, as the deposit rate established for the debts of fees. "Buenos Aires, October 30, 2008 .-
AUTOS AND SEEN:
